Need a food QOTW sometimeHad kangaroo as a roast before (done by my mother, I was about 12 at the time), and it was lovely. A couple of my sister's friends were over, and Mum made them guess what it was at the end of the meal, and then had to confirm it to all of her other friends the next Monday at school.
So definitely know that the meat is good enough to make into a good burger without blasting it with e-numbers.
