This is a question Expensive Weekends

Chthonic says he's still reeling from a trip to a wedding that cost him nearly £600; while a friend of ours hazily presented his credit card to the bar staff in a shady club in the Baltic states. You know how that one ended.

Did work experience in a vets
and saw a dog like that were the family were paying for medication to give it a few more months. It looked barely alive which
wasn't very nice to see, they had it put down when it got to the point where the dog didn't even respond to anything.
As hard as it is, it's a lot better to let them go than drag things out like that.

I've seen those people
Their pets always look like they'd be holding a sign reading 'Please kill me' if they could. When we got her diagnosis, I knew there was no way I'd let Clare go through anything like that unless it meant saving her life completely -- same as I'd want for me. Instead of surgery and chemo, we're springing for pain medication and fresh seafood.
