Title amended =)
The only electric shocks I don't like, is when I'm concentrating and then my laptop shocks me, with electricity, in a non-lethal way. The arm hairs touch the microphone port and this gives me a shock.
I'm thinking there should be some sort of health and safety thing against this. It's just mildly annoying when I'm reading something and my arm suddenly jumps.
