Ashley Giles lives opposite me
Despite subjecting his neighbours to noisy building work for the last year or so, sometimes with five vans and associated heavy machinery clogging up the road, he has yet to introduce himself to anyone or even return a wave of "hello". I might break into his garden when he goes on holiday.
