"Money grabbing cunt" seems to sum her up quite nicely. Plus her degree was a 2.2 - which despite not having a degree myself, is pretty average I believe.
I detest it when blokes see her on the TV and go "Pfwwwoooor" - personally I don't get it, and she got even less attractive after those adverts in which she actively encouraged people to fuck their lives over financially, and all for a few quid.
There was even a campaign to get her to stop it, but she just said (paraphrased), "What I do is my business, fuck off.".

And she wasn't really even 'good with maths' on Countdown. It's just arithmetic.
My mate and I used to envisage a proper version of the numbers round:
