I used to entertain myself when they called by asking how they know thisThey said that my ISP told them. I asked who is my ISP and they said they couldn't tell me. I then escalated the call to their manager, rinse and repeat.

My preferred baiting goes something like:Scammer: "Hello, this is Computer Support, we have detected you're having problems with your computer."
Me: "Which one?"
Scammer: "The one running the Windows operating system."
Me: "Which version?"
Scammer: (pause... then guess)"Windows Vista"
