This is a question Festivals II

It's that time of year again

I was at a free festival outside Worthing in the early 90s, expounds Richard mcbeef off the internet. A bloke went mental on the dancefloor and started hitting people. He was restrained, calmed down, but then did it again, a good three times more. Eventually he was pursued around the arena by an ever-growing number of people, like in Benny Hill. He was chased into a massive nettle patch and ended up tied to a chair.

Tell us your festival experiences.

Funnily enough, I went with my old man and had a great day out.
Everyone gives you loads of free bags of oranges to take home. You can only taste so many marmalades before it begins to burn your tongue though.

Alls not lost - you can always make it up to him at the Dalemain Chilli Festival next month instead.

Aw, I live nowhere near that.
But if I did, I'd definitely go with my dad.

We went to the Meadows festival here in Embra a couple of weeks ago
(because one thing we don't have enough of is festivals); his comment on biting into one of those posh venison burgers you get at these things was "wow! this is quite spicy!"... it had some freshly ground black pepper on it.

So we'll be giving that one a miss.
