Argh!
Firstly, some background:
I'm a 30 year old, dad of four.
My favourite film in the whole world is Pretty Woman.
My second favourite is Grease.
I've seen both films dozens of times. I probably know them word for word.
Yet given the nature of both films I am ridiculed if I ever admit it to anyone. Especially if they find out I've never seen Star Wars, which is a scandal amongst some of my friends.
So if you ever meet a 6' 2" father of four, who looks at the floor, turns a faint shade of red and mumbles slightly when you ask him his favourite film. That's me.
Hi :)

As a child
My younger brother would watch Grease almost daily. He couldn't get enough of it and will admit to this day that it was his favourite film for many years.
We did wonder on which side of the fence he would eventually sit, but that he now has a couple of kids and is as good as married, it's clear that he'svery good at faking not gay

Er, The Wedding Date
Don't worry, one of my favourite films is the Wedding Date. It's a bit likea male version of Pretty Woman, only set around a dysfunctional Anglo-American family whose youngest daughter is marrying an upper class twit. While I love so many films, it's always the Rom Com's that I watch again and again.

I've never had any interest in watching Star Wars, and am also ridiculed for it. Can't imagine it'd be worth watching, to be honest! But I did like the Family Guy 'Blue Harvest' episode :)
And - Grease IS the word. Word.
