For a few dollars morewas better than A Fistful of Dollars. Interestingly I would argue that The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is even better than Fistful of Dollars making it the only trilogy I can think of where the third film was better than the first two.
Also, Mad Max 2 was arguably better than Mad Max, Mad Max 3 of course, not being as good.
Empire Strikes Back was better than A New Hope. Return of the Jedi, wasn't.
