Go on then, here's my list
Laputa - Castle in the Sky
Just the most wonderful piece of steam punk inspired animation. Hayao Miyazaki's imagination knows no bounds.

Spirited Away
Hayao Miyazaki's again in a beautiful tale of a young girl, set in the spirit world - kind of a Japanese alice in wonderland

Seven Samurai
3 1/2 hours long, black and white, subtitled, and yet gripping and entertaining all the way through - the inspiration for The Magnificent Seven

Sin City
Best and incredibly accurate adaption of the Frank Millar comic books

Blade Runner
We all know this one - it just rocks

One of our Dinosaurs is Missing
Pure fun - reminds me of easter holidays when I was a kid. Peter Ustinov, Bernard Breslaw and loads of others. I don't think a single Chinese person was used in the whole thing!

70s/80s Jackie Chan films
I love this man. Although I may choose to ignore Shanghai knights and a couple of his more recent films though

The Crow
Supremely dark and moody film of supernatural revenge, with one of the best gunfight scenes in any film

Leon
The wonderfully sweet relationship between Jene Reno and Natalie Portman makes this film

I'll add some mroe if I can think of any

One of Our Dinosaurs is Missing!
I saw that at some point over Christmas and have been wondering what it was ever since. I am so happy - thanks!
