Chuggers are bastardsThey are exploiting a loophole in the law (you need a licence to solicit cash donations but not to wave standing order forms at people) in order to make vast amounts of money for the companies who employ them. It's not unusual for three years' worth of donations to go to the chugging company. And they make you feel bad?
