You can, of course go into each track's properties in iTunes
And adjust the volume if it's relatively too quiet/too loud.
If you've got a couple of days to do it one track at a time.

Replaygain can do that automatically.
And there are also a load of tools that'll convert it to apples own arse-backwards way of doing things.
