First World Problems
Onemunki says: We live in a world of genuine tragedy, starvation and terror. So, after hearing stories of cruise line passengers complaining at the air conditioning breaking down, what stories of sheer single-minded self-pity get your goat?

I'll have you know I'm a Flying Blue member.
I have an Ivory membership for KLM, Air France and other Skyteam operators.
Sounds vaguelly good until you realise it's like Nector Points and you have to travel about 20,000 miles a year to get one upgrade to a slightly bigger seat with a free newspaper.

Indeed.
What gets me is I got no benefit whatsoever from it but just got a few more SPAM emails. It even stopped working after the first time I used it for electronic check-in.
I got mine because I was flying to Scandiwegia about three or four times a year, thinking I might get something from it but I was nowhere near. I think you'd have to fly every week to the US to qualify for an upgrade (the miles I mentioned in my previous post probably weren't correct before anyone gets pedantic).
I feel I had to share the above as it is in the spirit of QOTW.
