Funny........where I live those are the ones with the kids that need it. Shopping trolley full of coke & chips, feral kids all over the place, screeching "Brittttneeeeeeeey,you little shit, I told you, I'll get you a coke, just put that down". Always threats with no action except a reward for shit behaviour.
