So you think public transport ought to be shit?Or do you just think the companies running it deserve as much money as they can get regardless of customer satisfaction?
If transport were a public service and nobody were making a profit from it I would be more inclined to agree with you, but it isn't and people are, so I ink they should fucking well improve it.
