The SameI went through the same thing, got two kids, wife, huge mortgage and myself and wife run a marketing/mailing company that has just had it's biggest client go into administration (we had just signed a 3 year contract).
I always try to look on the brightside, I've still got my health, my kids are healthy, and i've not yet resorted to stealing ;)
