The entirety of The Mars Volta's Deloused in the Comatoriumreminds me of Egypt, probably because when i mainly listened to it I was reading a book about the French guy who deciphered hieroglyphics. It all fits strangely well!
Oh, and Linkin Park's first album reminds me of playing Grandia on the PS1.
