Nothe Hawaiians, too, are obsessed with the stuff. Spam and Elvis. They consume more Spam in Hawaii than anywhere else in the world. There are even expensive restaraunts in Hawaii where you can eat many different Spam-based dishes, the most popular one being Spam wrapped in seaweed and rice (I'd try it...). In fact, wikipedia just told me that the Spam is often referred to as "Hawaiian Steak." *Shudders* In Hawaii, you can buy Spam everywhere...even in school cafeterias and at the zoo!
