My Unclein Canada 'invested' in a field twenty three years ago. Said field is full of full sized Christmas trees now, and he just sits at the gate come xmas, lets people cut their own tree, and collects $25 as they leave.
Good deal, but did take nearly a quarter of a century for him to turn a profit.
