@bazwe've had a few discussions of his stuff before, and I've looked into the main force behind his argument, this Menard chap, and at best it's ridiculous. At worst it's trying to convince people that they can turn their back on society which smacks of ignoring the problem and is only something that can be done on the sufferance of those in charge.
I doubt very much whether there is a sound legal basis for it, if there is then there it actually carrying out this reliquishing of your person carries a moral issue to me whereby you are trying to be entitled to everything without giving anything back.
