As I don't like garlic with my gin and tonics (although saying that, i've never tried it).
Don't forget to wrap up your ginger before freezing it!

Back when I didn't know any better, I thought I could save time by grating a potato into a pan of boiling water to make instant mash.
However, all that happened was that I had a pan of hot water that looked like someone had been washing newspaper in it.

Took me a while to find a freezer big enough to store an entire ginger person though, and I had to purchase an industrial size grater to boot. Worth it in the end though.
