Of course, though, you could do that with anything. Take a piece of copy from The Guardian's Polly Toynbee today on the Conservative party:

"Detoxifying the brand just goes on getting harder every day for David Cameron. The old radioactive Blacks have a long half-life and the political Geiger counter keeps on clicking: same old Blacks, same old Blacks."

See what I've done there? I've changed the references to 'the Conservatives' to 'Black'. It sounds racist after I've done this. Does this mean that Polly Toynbee is bigoted?
