Workplace relationships are fineso long as you only do it with people on the same level as you. If you're a man, never shag anyone junior to you.
To be honest, I've always subscribed to the belief that if I'm still in the same role with the same company after 3 years then I've stagnated and it's time to move on, so it's unlikely I'd get stuck with anyone for long.
