My best mate's MumGod rest her, used to have the "Big Book" on her shelf. It was a "Big Value Bumper Fun Book of Illness" thingy. We managed to convince ourselves that we had Beri-Beri one boring Saturday afternoon. A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing...
