Do the worst task first thing in be the morningIf you know a task will be stressful, do it first thing in the morning. That way you don't spend all day worrying about it. The reality is it won't be as bad as you once thought and the rest of the day will be easier...
This doesnt work for anal sex or seasickness I'm afraid.

Only works if you're awake.Considering, for example, that I can't think before about 10:00 I'd prefer not to deal with tricky customers before that time.
