I don't drive
but I'm told that this advice is to be taken completely literally if you're ever involved in a car accident, as insurance companies - working as they do on the assumption that everyone is as morally bankrupt and sub-human as they - take apologies to mean "the accident was my fault and I am completely liable."

"Claims Direct" are also personal injury compensation cocksuckers.

Accidents happen everywhere, not just on the road, but if I follow the advice that I must "never apologise" then I don't need to take any responsibility for anything I do.

That would make me a cunt.
