I for one, have never ever baked a lady in the oven and then filled her up with jam.That's distinctly bad form.

Then you've never lived.Me and my sister got lost in the woods when we were younger and had to resort to cooking this old, lonely spinster as we were dying of starvation.
Bit of clotted cream, bit of strawberry jam, some pastry and she tasted lovely.
