I know how this story ends.Ask her mother where she lives, and if she has not moved on, arrive unannounced, sweep her of her feet and ask her to marry you.
At least if you arrive unannounced and notice that there are two cars in her driveway, or a number of childrens toys you can slink away, magnaminous in the knowledge that she is happy and you can move on.
