To be honestI find most property developers to be creepy, skin crawling scum to be honest.
If they had any skills or brains, why wouldn't they use them to earn an honest living instead of simply buying land and getting someone else to build on it for them, then selling the building.
It's an occupation without any merit.
Only lazy, brain-addled scum would find the prospect attractive, and as such all you get are lazy, brain addled scum.
