I once opened a new packet of cigarettes and rolled the tobacco out of one of them to use for other nefarious uses then I pushed the empty cigarette case back into the packet and left them on the coffee table. Soon my flatmate came asked for a ciggie, on finding the empty one she said we should complain about this shit we expect better from our own chosen brand of tabs. So a little stoned we set about composing a letter addressed to Mr. Benson or Mr. Hedges and sent my packet back complete with empty fag. In the post a couple of weeks later we had a letter of apology urging us to continue using their brand and a carton of 200 fags. Yay.
The letter wasn't signed by Mr. Benson or Mr. Hedges, guess they were too busy to reply in person.
