Sylvester McCoyAn underrated era in my opinion. OK, his first series had some good ideas hampered by dreadful realisation and Bonnie Langford, but the rest of his tenure was mostly pretty good, with a few stand outs - Remembrance of the Daleks, Ghost Light and Curse of Fenric particularly.
Shame he was saddled with the worst version of the theme tune ever and that bloody jumper though.
I also like Colin Baker's stuff.
