LitterOne of my pet hates too, just think of it as a positive contribution to society, they wont do it for a while and if you're very lucky (or particularly scary) they wont do it ever again.
I once made a offensive rugby player pick up his chip papers he'd just chucked on the floor and made him take it to the nearest bin. He did too! And I'm only 5'4" and not normally that scary.
