.Would it not be better to have 14 emails and no less than 14. If you have 5 emails on a Friday afternoon and come into work on Monday morning with your inbox showing 20 emails, then at some point you would have had 13 emails sitting in your inbox unopened.
If you had 14 then the count could never be less than 14. Your just increasing the chances of getting 13 emails doing things your way.
