It's very warm at night at the mo oop northand I have had trouble sleeping for several years, hot or cold.
But recently I took a little desk fan from work and put it on my night stand. Doesn't matter where it points, the hum from it lulls me to sleep much quicker than the radio.
It's brilliant.
