Maybe the rest of us think of a CD in the same way that you think of birdsong. Actually, what would you feel about hearing a CD of birdsong in the car?

It messes with my mother's head!

Birdsong is a lovely sound, a natural noise, but it's not a sound I want to hear constantly. Its just something that doesn't bother me. Its hard to explain, I like to hear natural sounds, naturally - not forced upon me such as on a cd, even if that cd is of birdsong. Hope that makes sense.
