This is a question Bizarre habits

Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "Until I pointed it out, my other half use to hang out the washing making sure that both pegs were the same colour. Now she goes out of her way to make sure they never match." Tell us about bizarre rituals, habits and OCD-like behaviour.

In that case
It would be most impolite of me to make a long and completely gratuitous post of which the sole intent is to just keep talking, in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no-one has a chance to interrupt (it's really quite hypnotic!); one which compels you to read it in it's entirety.

The temptation presents itself for repetition, copying and pasting the same paragraphs repeatedly in order to artificially inflate the size of my comment, possibly utilising minor alterations in order to frustrate any attempts to circumvent my devious intent by disregarding the most obviously duplicated content.

So, I hope that the manner in which I am, despite the ethical inclinations against doing such, rambling on and on does not cause you any excessive and/or cruel distress. You'll marvel how I don't just throw in any old comedy references; this is a completely different kind of posting, altogether.

Have you ever heard of Lorem ipsum? That's a type of Latin filler text used in order to fill blank spaces in design, perhaps used while waiting for the actual copy to be written. Wikipedia says a common version goes like this: “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur. Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum”. I don't know what all that means, but there you go.

Although I earlier said “It would be most impolite of me to make a long and completely gratuitous post of which the sole intent is to just keep talking, in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so that no-one has a chance to interrupt (it's really quite hypnotic!); one which compels you to read it in it's entirety. Edit: with delicious irony, the Lorum ipsum text is stated as translating to “Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure? ”. This whole comment could, in itself, be a form of pain.

Also, I assume that were I to make repeated edits, you'd be compelled to read the whole thing again; the thought of which both fascinates and appalls me. So definitely will think about possibly not avoiding that.
