OCD!mild though, probably. i had it with hair straighteners many years ago. luckily technology has advanced so mine will switch off automatically if not used for 30 mins.
i heard of a girl who would unplug the iron/hair irons and take a pic of it on her mobile, so when out she could reassure herself that it was off.
