Bizarre habits
Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "Until I pointed it out, my other half use to hang out the washing making sure that both pegs were the same colour. Now she goes out of her way to make sure they never match." Tell us about bizarre rituals, habits and OCD-like behaviour.

In most cars
if you look at the fuel guage, the side of the petrol pump Icon that has the hose is the side that the filler is on. Some have a little arrow.
This probably isn't 100% accurate, but I have never had a car where it wasn't thus.

Yeah, I know this is all true
but this is my OCD thing. It never looks odd to me when other people just fill up whatever side they park and I even think - "why didn't I do that?" - but then I can't do it because I think other people will think I'm a div.
Never realised about the little fuel gauge icon - will be compelled to check when I'm next in the car.
