A puzzler.I was working as an IT support person at uni when a student came up saying that whenever she typed anything in Word random windows would open. Went over to have a look and couldn't figure out what was wrong. It was only when tried ctrl+alt+del to restart that I realised...............one of the books she had been reading had rested on the ctrl key. who would've thunk it!!
