Ever since the network boffin for a bank that will remain unnamedwanted to use the DMZ switch we look after as a replacement for some floor switch that blew "because it's only got two ports used on it" I don't trust ANYONE to get anything right anymore. He probably told people we were being anal about our gear after we told him to back away from the rack.
(the two ports were the in traffic and out traffic for the entire bank in this country...)
