The current Mr Quar is an IT manager and often spends hours painstakingly explaining why certain of Finance's money-saving ideas won't work.This last year, Finance unilaterally decided to stop wasting money on air-conditioning the server room. Well, nobody sits in there, do they? And it doesn't even get that hot in the city of ***** ** *****.
