...to solve the problem you logged with the immortal phrase "It's not working. It's stuck. No, I don't know whats wrong, it's just not working."
When I get there I ask "What were you last doing when it went wrong?" in an effort to understand where the problem might lie.
Your classic answer?
"Nothing. I wasn't doing anything."
Surrrrreee.... "Does your boss know you sit here doing nothing then?"
