A French journo wrote that if it had happened in France the arresting officer would have been disciplined and demoted and the whole thing dismissed as an invasion of privacy. That's why French politicians are particular cunts. Over here at least when they get caught we hear about it (before their case is dismissed by another Old Etonian.)
