I did that to my sister in a bunk bedI was 6 and she was 7, and I put my feet up, and straightened my legs, raising the bed board. Which promptly tilted, and slipped between the rails and brought bed board, mattress, and sister falling down. Sis tumbled to the floor, but I leapt sideways, and was unhurt... until our mum ran in to see what the ruckus was about!
Must be something about the length of a child's legs in relation to the distance between the bunks.
