good for you!Seriously, though - manners are great, but at the end of the day, most women I have known/met would have no problem expecting dinner on a date to be paid for by the man, or suchlike.
My wife is different, but then again, she's my wife and basically everything we have is shared anyways! (not only that, but she's lovely, to boot)
