At least you're (presuamably) getting a shag out of it.
The government here is currently debating how best to take the money of those who have been responsible and redistribute it to those who bought the biggest houses they could with mortgages they couldn't afford when a bubble burst was clearly imminent and I'm not even going to get a reach-around.
