Dropping team down a building
I got a load of my mates to do a charity abseil, but the boss wouldn't; he was afraid I'd drop him. He told us this quite openly, to which someone said:

"We wouldn't kill you in front of witnesses, we'd just drive a fully laden artic through your end of the portakabin."
