This is a question Hypocrisy

Overheard the other day: "I've told you before - stop swearing in front of the kids, for fuck's sake." Your tales of double standards please.

Michael Phelps??
'nuff said!

But I will say some more... I used to smoke and people would always tell me I'd just wasted the hour of yoga or gym or whatever I'd done before lighting up and tucking into a packet of crisps. BUT: I was going to smoke the cigarette anyway, and eat the crisps anyway, so how is doing an hour of exercise first a bad thing? With food particularly, it's much better for you to eat 250 calories (packet of McCoys) then burn them off on the treadmill than to spend the time it takes sitting on your arse watching TV. I obviously have no medical opinion to back this up, just my own common sense. If any medical people can back me up (or shoot me down) I'd be grateful?

After Extensive Research On the Internet
I came up with this fact;

"Eyeballs burn more calories than your legs do, so watching TV is healthier than running."

Proof;
