ad campaigns of pre-historyin the days of yore, there was nobody around to promote fire, the wheel and shale axes. But what if some clever chap invented a time machineand introduced marketing to cavemen (granted they'd probably be about as intelligent) but how would they sel a holiday to the volcanic alps?
