This is a question Impulse buys

I'm now the owner of a monster trampoline that's nearly too big for the garden. Tell us your retail disasters and triumphs.

mr weeker
you remind me of me and I felt compelled to write and hope this mail doesn't come off as a lecture but more some sound advice.

I've pissed it up for years and it has become my lifestyle as it does for many people and I have very few regrets however, I don't know what age you are or where you're at but I'm guessing the amount of booze you buy for other people would surprise you, not to mention what you spend on yourself... try this, I look back and wish I did earlier... start saving a few quid... just something every month.. just whack it into a saving account and get by on less, it's so so easy to spend money when you're drinking and whatever is in your pocket will go. You wouldn't miss 200 if you got used to it,

In a couple of years you will have built up evidence with the lenders that you are a constant saver, if you want a mortgage you'll get one.. get a tennant in and your mortgage will be really small, less than rent... living with the folks is fine but you want your own place... paying rent is sometimes required but ultimately a trap.

Life is funny and the years fly by, tis one of my regrets that I didn't start saving earlier and bought so much booze for cnuts that never buy back... hopefully I'll have my own gaff next year rendering my years as an older man in a house at least... and after a year or two of struggle I'll be set up for a lifetime of affordable living and frequent drinking , a place for parties , and free rent when I'm an old fella.

off to have a few scoops tonight after work, wahey !

anyway chief hope you read this, I know horses for courses and all that but time flys like fuck and for us on low wages a small degree of shrewdness pays back nicely.... hope you take this in the spirit it was sent,

John

oh yeah impulse buys... how about 30'000 euro on a warehouse full of granite tiles half of which look like shit and all of which are exactly the same fucking size 1 foot by 1 foot, thanks to the amazing 'product range research and refinement' as administered by my brother while hagling with the yellow fellas chinaside...

anybody want some really cheap granite tiles ?
